We are looking for a reliable medical secretary for our center. We are a endocrinology center with several specialists and run a sophisticated Laboratory including dynamic metabolism tests by.
- You welcome our patients and ensure their well-being both at the reception and over the phone
- Your daily tasks include agenda planning and optimization, telephone answering and appointment coordination, electrical KG management
- Processing and forwarding of incoming mail and emails
- You carry out a wide range of organizational and administrative tasks
- Drug management, drug delivery according to the four-eye principle

MPA 100% laboratory
We are a central, modern practice specializing in endocrinology/diabetology and are dedicated to the care of patients. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an MPA who wants to work in the laboratory and the reception. As a centre with several specialists, we run a large laboratory including dynamic metabolism tests and infusions.
- Independent processing of routine analyses (clinical-chemical parameters, hormones and various metabolic tests)
- Operation of laboratory equipment with a high degree of automation
- Capacity to take up to 60 blood samples per day
- Interest in dynamic metabolic tests (various protocols; familiarization and training guaranteed)
- Enjoying infusions (various applications)
- Fully electronically guided practice

- Completed MPA training (apprentices welcome)

Education and Training
Internal Continuing Education
We offer regular case discussions within the team and structured continuing education in diabetology/endocrinology in collaboration with the Endo-Diab-Net North-West and Central Switzerland. Specialists are present 100% of the time and can be consulted at any time when needed.
We are a SIWF (Swiss Institute for Medical Education) recognized training facility in collaboration with the Endo-Diab-Net North-West and Central Switzerland for doctors in training to become specialists in endocrinology/diabetology.
Trainee positions for MPA
The apprenticeship as a Medical Practice Assistant is very diverse and demanding. It is important to us to promote the next generation of medical professionals for a stable healthcare system. We also really enjoy supporting the trainees on their journey and providing them with a solid education.
